Misty Stinson is a Kingdom Counselor, ordained minister, founder of Misty Stinson Ministries, and owner of Living Stones Consulting, LLC. With over 20 years of ministry experience, she helps individuals encounter God in a way that brings freedom, healing, and renewal—body, soul, and spirit.

Through Kingdom-centered Christian counseling, Misty guides individuals into a deep, personal relationship with God—helping them learn to hear His voice, know His character, and walk closely with Him.

Misty's heart is to help others discover their identity and step into the fullness of who God created them to be.

Margaret Setterlof is a board-certified physical therapist, functional health practitioner, and Founder & CEO of SonLight Health. She is passionate about helping midlife women understand what their bodies are communicating and how to respond with wisdom, clarity, and grace.

What should I wear to my session?

For your comfort during the session, we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.

Women may feel most comfortable in athletic wear such as a sports bra and loose-fitting shorts.

Men are encouraged to wear loose-fitting shorts and comfortable undergarments.

This allows for both comfort and ease of movement while honoring a professional and respectful setting.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held in the Lakewood Ranch community in Bradenton, Florida. The exact address will be provided upon booking to ensure privacy and a peaceful, personalized setting.

How long does a session take?
Each session is unique and guided by your individual needs, so timing can vary. Sessions are not rushed, allowing space for meaningful conversation, prayer, and Holy Spirit-led guidance. Most sessions typically last between 2 1/2  to  3 hours, and they will not extend beyond three hours.
How should I prepare for my session?

Before your session, we encourage you to take a few moments to become aware of your body. You may want to note any areas that feel painful, tight, or restricted.

You can also spend time reflecting on anything you feel led to work through—physically, emotionally, or spiritually. This helps create space for a more intentional and meaningful session.

What happens after I book?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a liability release form for you to complete and submit prior to your appointment.

I've tried so many things—what makes this different?

Unlike traditional approaches that address symptoms in isolation, the Release & Renew Encounter combines gentle physical therapy release techniques with Holy Spirit-led ministry. This unique pairing addresses the whole person—body, soul, and spirit—creating space for the kind of deep, lasting transformation that other methods may not reach.

I don't have a major issue… is this really for me?

Many women minimize what they're carrying because they're used to pushing through. You don't need a crisis to benefit from this experience. If you sense a desire for more peace, clarity, or connection, that's reason enough. You have permission to receive care.

Will I feel exposed or vulnerable?

Your comfort and emotional safety are our highest priority. This is not about being put on the spot or forced into anything. The session unfolds gently, at your own pace, in a private and respectful setting. You are always in control of your experience.

How much does a session cost?

A Release & Renew Encounter session is $300. This investment covers the combined expertise of both team members and the full, personalized session experience.
